Darwin Recruitment is seeking an AI Engineer to own end-to-end Azure fine-tuning of open-source LLMs, covering SFT and RFT, from data preparation through training, evaluation, and deployment, with strict access controls on sensitive data.
This remote freelance 12-month contract requires 5+ years engineering, 2+ years hands-on LLM fine-tuning, strong Python & PyTorch, and extensive Azure ML/Azure Foundry and Hugging Face experience.
