As a Senior Kubernetes & Golang Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native systems and platform infrastructure. You will serve as a key technical contributor, ensuring our containerized environments and custom controllers are scalable, reliable, and optimized for advanced workloads.
What You'll Do:- Design and implement custom Kubernetes controllers and operators to automate complex operational workflows.
- Develop highly performant system-level applications and microservices using Go.
- Configure and optimize cluster networking, storage interfaces, and container storage solutions.
- Architect and deploy reliable infrastructure to support retrieval-augmented generation workloads.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and delivery pipelines.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Development, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and extensive experience with Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes CRDs and custom controllers.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes networking plugins (CNI) and storage interfaces (CSI).
- Familiarity with designing and deploying RAG architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
