IT - Technology Lead | Machine Learning | Tensor Flow
As an AI Software Developer, you will design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions that transform healthcare technology. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
- Implement reusable frameworks and libraries.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Optimize algorithms for performance and compliance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.

Required skills:
Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure). Knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, and generative AI. - Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 5+ yrs
