• Compensation: $145,406

• Design and implement user interfaces that enhance user experience for CommandIQ® applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
