What You'll Do

Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
Implement multi-agent orchestration using Lang Graph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
Work self-directed from product ideas through to production with no hand-holding.
Contribute across web or backend layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously in a highly autonomous team.

What We Are Looking For

8+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using Lang Graph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks - not just AI-assisted coding.
Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
Full-stack range with confidence diving into unfamiliar codebases.
Strong experience with Jetpack Compose.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

Experience with MDM or Device Management API integration.
Knowledge of QR code provisioning.
Background in messaging or calling app development.
Experience with XML layout UIs.
Experiment-driven development and feature observability experience.
Performance optimization skills.
