Net Suite Consultant at Baires Dev

As a Net Suite Consultant, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Net Suite to drive operational excellence. You will act as the technical anchor between complex business requirements and the Net Suite data model, ensuring that every customization aligns with enterprise-grade standards.

• Architect and deploy end-to-end Net Suite implementations tailored to unique business logic and workflows.
• Develop custom scripts and automation using Suite Script to extend platform capabilities and improve system efficiency.
• Design sophisticated workflows via Suite Flow to streamline manual processes and enhance organizational productivity.
• Build complex saved searches and reporting structures to provide real-time visibility into critical financial and operational data.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to map business processes into scalable ERP solutions.
• Oversee large-scale data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the entire Net Suite environment.

• 4+ years of experience in Net Suite implementation, customization, or ERP consulting.
• Proven expertise in Net Suite ERP modules, Suite Flow, and the Net Suite data model.
• Proficiency in Suite Script (JavaScript-based) development and creating complex saved searches.
• Strong background in mapping business processes to technical solutions and managing data migrations.
• Excellent communication skills for leading client workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
