As an Internal Tools Engineer, you will build and maintain the internal applications that power our company's operations. You will streamline business processes by developing custom admin dashboards and workflow automation tools for non-engineering teams.

• Design and develop internal applications and admin dashboards using React and Python.
• Automate complex business workflows to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Build and maintain custom tools that enable non-engineering teams to manage data and processes independently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify friction points and design software solutions to address them.
• Ensure the reliability and security of internal platforms through robust development practices.
• Integrate internal tools with existing company systems and third-party APIs for seamless data flow.

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Developer Productivity.
• Proven expertise in building internal applications, admin dashboards, and operations tools.
• Proficiency in React for developing intuitive internal user interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for backend development and workflow automation.
• Experience automating business processes and building tools for non-engineering teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
