Software Engineer (C++ / Compiler) at Baires Dev

As a Software Engineer (C++ / Compiler), you will work on the core of our compiler infrastructure, focusing on LLVM and GCC components. You will be responsible for building and extending compilers, ensuring that code generation and optimization pipelines are efficient and robust for high-performance applications.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and maintain compiler components using C++, LLVM, and GCC.
  • Develop and optimize LLVM passes and GCC backends to improve code generation.
  • Research and implement advanced optimization pipelines to enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate compiler technology into diverse software ecosystems.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to compiler infrastructure and optimization logic.
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of the compiler toolchain through rigorous testing and performance analysis.
What We Are Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on compiler development.
  • Proven expertise in C++ and systems programming.
  • Hands-on experience with compiler infrastructure such as LLVM or GCC.
  • Deep understanding of code generation, optimization pipelines, and backend development.
  • Strong background in compiler design and architectural patterns.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
