Gardens is seeking a Lead Game Engineer to helm the Gameplay Engineering team in a fully remote studio across North American time zones. You will mentor engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and collaborate with design, art, and production to deliver compelling multiplayer experiences built in Unreal Engine.
The role requires 6+ years in game development (Unreal) and 2+ years in leadership, strong C++ and Blueprint skills, and deep multiplayer expertise.
