Technical Lead (Data Engineering) at Baires Dev

As a Technical Lead for Data Engineering, you will lead engineering teams and define pipeline architecture to ensure high data quality and system reliability. You will act as the technical anchor, aligning complex data requirements with scalable engineering solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the design and implementation of production-grade data pipelines using Python and Airflow.
  • Architect scalable data integration solutions that leverage SQL and APIs for efficient data flow.
  • Oversee the reliability and performance of enterprise data platforms, ensuring high data quality standards.
  • Mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical strategies and project milestones.
  • Drive the adoption of data engineering best practices and ensure system security and compliance.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or technical leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in leading data engineering teams and designing pipeline architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for building and optimizing complex data workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration tools, specifically Airflow, and managing APIs.
  • Strong background in ensuring data quality, system reliability, and standardizing data practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
