Quantitative Developer at Baires Dev

As a Quantitative Developer, you will implement complex mathematical models into production-grade code for trading environments. You will connect the worlds of mathematical finance and software engineering to ensure the seamless execution of systematic trading strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Translate research prototypes and mathematical models into robust, scalable, and maintainable production code.
  • Design, build, and optimize high-performance algorithmic trading systems and execution platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders to refine pricing models and risk management processes.
  • Engineer high-quality, testable, and observable code using Python and C++ to ensure reliability in live markets.
  • Automate workflows and deployments to improve the speed and repeatability of the trading stack.
  • Monitor and diagnose production issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of systematic trading systems.
What We Are Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Quantitative Development or Software Engineering within the fintech industry.
  • Proven expertise in implementing mathematical and quantitative models using Python and C++.
  • Strong background in applied mathematics, statistics, and financial modeling.
  • Hands-on experience developing and optimizing systematic trading systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
