Test Automation Engineer (Selenium) at Baires Dev

As a Test Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium, you will design and implement robust browser automation solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will connect the development and quality assurance phases by creating scalable test frameworks that streamline the validation process.

• Design and maintain automated test suites using Selenium Web Driver and Java or Python
• Build and optimize scalable page object model frameworks for efficient test maintenance
• Manage and configure Selenium Grid infrastructure to support parallel test execution across environments
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated test plans to identify and report software defects early
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into continuous delivery pipelines

• 4+ years of experience in Test Automation or Software Quality Engineering.
• Proven expertise in browser automation using Selenium Web Driver.
• Hands-on experience building Page Object frameworks and managing Selenium Grid infrastructure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python for automation scripting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
