Software Engineer (Apache Druid) at Baires Dev
As a Software Engineer specializing in Apache Druid, you will develop and manage real-time analytics solutions to power high-performance data applications. You will align complex streaming architectures with real-time business intelligence needs, ensuring that stakeholders can derive immediate insights from high-volume datasets.
What You’ll Do- Design, implement, and optimize Apache Druid clusters to handle large-scale, real-time data ingestion.
- Develop and maintain streaming data pipelines to ensure low-latency data availability for OLAP queries.
- Tune query performance and indexing strategies to provide sub-second response times for complex analytics.
- Build and manage interactive dashboards and data visualizations that enable slice-and-dice data exploration.
- Collaborate with data teams to define schema designs and data modeling best practices within the Druid ecosystem.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Database Administration.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing real-time analytics solutions using Apache Druid.
- Proficiency in handling streaming ingestion and providing interactive slice-and-dice dashboards.
- Deep understanding of Druid core components and real-time OLAP architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
