Software Engineer (Robotics) at Baires Dev

As a Software Engineer (Robotics), you will develop the intelligence and control systems that power autonomous machines. You will translate complex algorithmic concepts into efficient, real-time code to ensure reliable robot performance in diverse environments.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement software architectures for robot navigation, perception, and motion control.
  • Develop and optimize real-time path planning algorithms for complex, dynamic environments.
  • Build and maintain high-fidelity simulation environments to validate robotic behaviors before deployment.
  • Integrate modular software components with physical hardware, ensuring robust system synchronization.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of autonomous systems to meet performance and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on robotics systems.
  • Proven expertise in developing with ROS or ROS2 and real-time systems.
  • Proficiency in C++ or Python for robotics applications, kinematics, and motion planning.
  • Hands‑on experience with simulation tools such as Gazebo or NVIDIA Isaac Sim.
  • Strong background in navigation, perception, and autonomy in industrial contexts.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
