RefundIQ is seeking a senior leader to drive development of the core refund recovery platform using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will build scalable features for email parsing, credit card integration, and user dashboards.
You'll develop and optimize ML models for email content analysis, refund opportunity detection, and automated communication generation, working with large datasets to improve recovery rates. Expect cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and CS teams.
