The Community Support (CS) Platform & Engineering team builds the AI systems that power world-class support experiences for millions of guests and hosts globally.

The AI Personalization team owns the full-stack systems that enable the AI to give every guest and host a response that feels written just for them.

What Will You Do?
As a Staff Product Manager at Airbnb, you will own the full stack of personalization from underlying retrieval systems to consumer-facing AI experience and scale it across multiple surfaces. You will drive personalization experiment design and measurement by defining KPIs and leading experiment design to translate results into product decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with ML engineers to shape requirements for accuracy, latency, and scalability while building a framework for continuous improvement that closes the gap between AI and human agent performance.
