For our client, we are seeking a Senior Servicenow App Engine Developer DHS Public Trust (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $98,614 – $167,644 annually
Responsibilities- Collaborate with architects to design effective Service Now solutions based on client requirements
- Implement Service Now applications ensuring alignment with best practices
- Support data migration from legacy systems to Service Now accurately
- Assist in integrating Service Now with other systems for seamless operations
- Create technical documentation for future reference on configurations and customizations
- Conduct testing to validate functionality and resolve technical issues
- Facilitate user training and support during the transition to the new solution
- US Citizenship required due to federal contract regulations
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years implementing Service Now solutions
- 1+ years of scoped application development using App Engine
- 100% remote work within the U.S
