As a Senior Software Engineer at Canopy, you will play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and scaling our groundbreaking products and services from building new features to optimizing existing systems. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that have a meaningful impact on the lives of healthcare workers. Here are some of the challenges you'll tackle:

  Tackle complex technical problems and find creative solutions to overcome challenges.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, in our remote-first organization to bring innovative ideas to life.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. You should have 5+ years of experience in development, proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. Vue.js and React) and backend technologies, especially Node.js. Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes is also required. Familiarity with database systems (SQL and No

SQL), API design, and microservices architecture is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, particularly in a remote setting, are essential. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies is also important. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are necessary.
