We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles As a Python Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality efficient and scalable software applications Your primary focus will be on writing reusable and testable code as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Python programming language web development frameworks such as Django or Flask and experience with database management systems This is a contract position without accommodation and is open to all nationalities.
Responsibilities- Develop high-quality software applications using Python programming language
- Design implement and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and design solutions
- Write unit tests to ensure software quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot issues in existing codebase and provide timely resolutions
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience working with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS Java Script
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
This is a contract position offering $1400 per month
LocationThis position is based in Los Angeles but remote work options are available for exceptional candidates
