31st Union in California is seeking a Senior Gameplay Engineer to build Player Bots with AI that convincingly mimic human players. You will create combat, humanization, and macro behaviors using C++, Unreal Engine 5, and our in-house utility AI framework.
You will extend the AI framework, optimize multiple agents, and collaborate with design for playtests. This is a full-time role with potential bonuses and equity, in a dynamic studio culture.
