The core duties include analyzing, modifying system codes, testing, troubleshooting, and creating technical design documents to meet UI, reporting, and interface requirements. Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team, using collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment.

- Experience with People Soft FSCM 9.2 - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with People Code and Application Packages - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with Application Engine, COBOL, SQR - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with Advanced SQL and PL/SQL - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with RHEL OS Scripting - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with Oracle Database 19g - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with AWE - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with analyzing functional design requirements - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with creating technical design documents - 8 Years Required.
- Experience with SharePoint Lists - 5 Years Required.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) - 2 Years Required.
- Experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials State of Texas Baseline on People Soft FSCM 9.2 - 2 Years Preferred.
- Experience with People Soft GL, AP, PO, ePro, SCM, & SS modules - 1 Year Preferred.
- Experience with Texas CAPPS implementation - 1 Year Preferred.
- Experience with Experience working with Scrum framework - 1 Year Preferred.
- Experience with Experience working with Jira - 1 Year Preferred.

Position is Hybrid
- On Site and Telework (Huntsville, TX 77340). Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
