Figma is seeking an experienced backend engineer to join a production Ruby-focused team that powers REST APIs, asynchronous jobs, and workflow orchestration. You’ll shape backend foundations, improve reliability, and drive architectural evolution across a large Ruby codebase.
You don’t need to be a Ruby language specialist, but you should enjoy building for other engineers, making tradeoffs, and creating durable platform tooling that accelerates velocity across the company.
