Search Api is hiring a Staff Product Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to become the technical backbone of the product. You will own the hardest PRs, raise the bar for the codebase, and eventually alleviate load from the CEO.
This hands-on, high-trust role ships production code across the entire product, including billing, API, dashboard, and enterprise features. You will work directly with the CEO/CTO in a remote-only, async-first environment, shaping technical direction and improving patterns.
