Software Engineer (Fin Tech - Mortgage) at Baires DevAs a Software Engineer specializing in Mortgage Fin Tech, you will architect and maintain critical systems for loan processing and mortgage origination. You will play a key role in streamlining US lending workflows, ensuring high-performance integrations and robust system compliance.
What You'll Do- Design and develop scalable backend services to support complex mortgage life cycles.
- Orchestrate seamless integrations with industry platforms.
- Implement and optimize automated workflows for mortgage origination and loan processing.
- Maintain high standards for financial data security and ensure all systems adhere to US lending compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain-specific requirements into technical solutions.
- Enhance system reliability and performance to handle high volumes of financial transactions efficiently.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on mortgage servicing, lending, or financial services.
- Proven expertise in building backend systems using Python, Node.js, or .NET.
- Hands-on experience with mortgage workflows and integrating platforms like Hub Spot, Loan Press, or Ellie Mae.
- Deep domain knowledge of US lending workflows and mortgage origination processes.
- Solid understanding of financial data security and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
