As an ML Research Scientist, you will drive the development of next-generation AI by exploring and implementing novel machine learning methods. You will act as a lead contributor to the advancement of foundation models and multimodal systems, translating complex mathematical theories into high-performance algorithmic solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement innovative machine learning algorithms focusing on foundation models and multimodal systems.
  • Conduct original research on novel ML methods, including reinforcement learning, vision-language models, and diffusion processes.
  • Develop and optimize state-of-the‑art models using frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX to solve complex real‑world problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to transition theoretical research into production‑ready architectures and scalable systems.
  • Maintain a high standard of research quality and stay at the forefront of AI advancements through a strong publication record.
What We Are Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Research or a related quantitative field.
  • Advanced proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
  • Proven track record of research in foundation models, multimodal systems, or diffusion models.
  • Strong mathematical foundations including linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
  • Experience with large-scale model training and publication in top-tier AI conferences.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
