Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a Service Now Developer role. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Service Now platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the full Service Now implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Design and configure Service Now modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and others based on business needs.
Develop integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other Service Now professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Service Now platform.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
Provide training and support to end users.
Certifications:
Preferred credentials include Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, math, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
Experience:
Requires six to nine years.

• Understanding of development operations (Dev Ops)
• Understanding of software security

• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.)
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of desire to deliver high-quality work products
• Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
