Resolv Global is looking for 2 Full-Time AI Developers/Software Engineers to join our growing team in Barranquilla, Colombia.

• Develop and maintain applications using Base
  44
  .
• Build and manage integrations, workflows, and automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

We are seeking AI Developers/Software Engineers with strong hands-on experience working with Base
44 and a solid understanding of application development, integrations, workflows, and technical problem-solving.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, developing and improving applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Base
  44

• Demonstrated experience building, modifying, and maintaining Base
  44 applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation is highly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Must be based in Barranquilla, Colombia, and able to work from the office 2--3 days per week.
