- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and automation frameworks.
- Develop automation solutions using Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UI testing.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute automated and manual tests as required.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects.
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other QA engineers.
- Review test results and provide detailed reporting on defects, risks, and overall application quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Support continuous improvements to QA processes and automation coverage.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Automation Testing, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Experience with web application automation and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with API testing and validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and automated test execution.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Experience testing banking or financial applications.
- Experience with API automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and testing environments.
