What You'll Do

Design and ship pipelines integrating with LLM providers and platforms.
Lead internal AI‑driven initiatives from concept to production.
Build agentic systems involving tool use, agent loops, function calling, and structured outputs.
Use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining full accountability for code quality.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Java.
Hands‑on experience with Python.
Deep expertise in agentic system design, including tool use, agent loops, function calling, structured outputs, and reasoning models.
Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
Comfort with AI‑assisted coding as part of the daily workflow.
Experience with MCP or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
Background working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Bedrock;
Anthropic experience preferred.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

Comprehensive testing experience.
Background with Snap Logic or similar iPaaS/enterprise integration platforms.
Experience with Maven build systems and CI/CD.
Experience with vector store integrations.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across backend, platform, and UI teams.
