YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (contractor) to build reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools. You will design and verify reproducible scenarios, create reference solutions, and evaluate AI agents on bug fixing, feature work, and performance optimization.
Candidate will work remotely (~15 hours/week) with emphasis on clear documentation and feedback on coding challenges.
