YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design reinforcement learning environments for software tasks. Work is contractor-based, roughly 15 hours per week, remotely.
You will build deterministic verification, reference solutions, and tasks that test bug fixing, feature work, refactoring, and performance optimization. Strong coding skills across Python, Java, Rust, C++, or Type Script are required. No prior AI experience is necessary.
