Utkarsh Placement is seeking a hands-on AI/NLP Engineer to build a core matching engine for an intelligent hiring platform. You will develop an NLP pipeline to parse job descriptions and unstructured inputs, and design a semantic matching system to surface relevant candidates from a large database.
This remote, project-based role requires experience with embeddings, semantic search, entity extraction, and text classification;
Django backend integration and some frontend exposure are a plus.
