We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Software Engineer to join our Master Data Management (MDM) product line within Precisely’s Data Integrity Suite. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade, AI-first full stack applications that manage and deliver trusted, high-quality data across integrations, workflows, and analytics. You will work across frontend and backend layers, driving architectural decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready features.

As part of an AI-first engineering organization, you will use AI tools as a core part of designing, building, testing, and operating software, and will help shape how the team applies AI to accelerate development, improve code quality, and strengthen problem-solving. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and product teams — mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical direction — to deliver scalable, reliable, production-ready capabilities that address real customer needs.

• Build responsive UI components and integrate them with backend services and APIs
• Design and implement REST APIs and service integrations for MDM workflows
• Own and drive data models and application architecture decisions supporting MDM platforms
• Deliver features end-to-end including development, testing, and deployment
• Lead debugging and root-cause analysis of complex defects across front-end and backend systems
• Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for coding, debugging, and productivity
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness and performance
• Apply AI to accelerate development workflows, testing, and documentation
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across the platform
• Follow clean code practices and maintainable design principles
• Lead code reviews and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
