Job Description:
As part of the AIX (AI Experience) Engineering team, your mission is simple: scale AI for the company's workforce and their fans. AIX's work spans three connected areas:
AIX also continues to provide flexible engineering capacity, rotating onto other product Squads as an embedded Forward Deployed Engineer when teams need to burst capacity, bring in a specialist, or stand up new AI-powered features. This is a hands-on engineering position that blends ownership of AIX's product, platform, and impact-measurement initiatives with periodic rotations onto other engineering teams. Depending on your assignment, you may design and ship AI-powered features directly into the company's consumer products, build the data pipelines and dashboard tooling that measure AI's impact on productivity, or support enablement and evangelism efforts across the organization.
You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions, lean on AI-assisted development tools as part of your own workflow, architect reusable solutions that are shared across the company's products, lead others through complex technical tradeoffs, and provide oversight and direction to other SWE team-members.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Design new AI-powered solutions — whether product-facing features or internal enablement tooling — and drive alignment across engineering and product teams for high-priority company initiatives
- Expertly break down work at the epic level, setting project milestones with reasonable deadlines
- Prioritize work within a project to deliver on the most necessary or urgent requirements
- Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code to implement new business critical features or optimize existing services
- Evaluate, integrate, and apply LLM/GenAI models and APIs to build AI-powered features for the company's consumer products or internal engineering tooling
- Design and build dashboard and analytics tooling that visualizes AI adoption…
