Our client is seeking a dedicated Uni Verse Development Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Uni Verse Development Engineer, you will be an integral part of the software development department supporting various technical projects. ** What's the Job?*
* + Design, develop, and enhance applications using Universe BASIC and Universe Multi-Value databases.

+ Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems utilizing technologies such as HTTP, XML, and RPC.

+ Analyze and extend complex legacy and custom-developed codebases to improve functionality and performance.

+ Develop solutions based on detailed functional and technical specifications to meet business needs.

+ Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + 10+ years of current, hands-on development experience with Universe BASIC and Universe Multi-Value databases.

+ Proven track record in developing new functionality and application enhancements, focusing on innovation and quality.

+ Experience integrating Universe applications with external systems via HTTP, XML, RPC, or similar technologies.

+ Ability to learn, maintain, and enhance custom applications developed by others effectively.

+ Experience working within formal SDLC processes and adhering to development standards.
