Job Title Senior Engineer

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technology solutions within the Accounting domain. As a hands‑on engineer, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high‑performing applications.

You will contribute directly to solution design, software development, testing, deployment, and production support while helping to improve engineering standards and delivery practices across the team. The role requires strong technical expertise, a practical approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications within the Accounting technology landscape using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, ReactJS, SQL, and related technologies.
• Build, enhance, and support APIs, microservices, distributed applications, and data processing solutions leveraging Spark, Hadoop, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define requirements, contribute to solution architecture, and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes to improve application stability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines while deploying and supporting applications on Kubernetes and Open Shift platforms.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of application performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

• Lead by example through hands‑on engineering, technical problem‑solving, and active contribution to solution delivery.
• Foster team success by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, collaborating on technical decisions, and helping unblock team members.
• Partner closely with Architects and Product Owners to design and deliver practical, scalable solutions that align with business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with strong software engineering fundamentals and modern development practices.
• Extensive hands‑on development experience building enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, ReactJS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, container platforms (Kubernetes/Open Shift), and CI/CD pipelines supporting scalable, resilient applications.
