Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Middleware Engineer for a full-time, remote position within the United States. The role requires 6+ years of experience and offers a salary range of $115,000 to $135,000 annually.
Job Summary- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise applications.
- Focus on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
- Ensure reliability, security, and data quality in integrations.
- Translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Participate in code and design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum five years of Workday integration development experience.
- Expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with Workday security models.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Pro Integrations certification.
- Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
- Familiarity with Workday Extend.
- Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
- Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (Service Now, Salesforce).
