Alignerr in the Boston area is seeking Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code—helping train AI systems to think like real developers and to craft robust, efficient solutions.
This is a fully remote, hourly contract role. You’ll review AI outputs, provide expert feedback, design prompts, and rank several AI solutions by engineering quality. 10–40 hours/week, work independently, with a flexible schedule.
