Signature Performance is seeking a Remote SQA Lead to mentor the QA team and drive reliability for our software products. You will design and implement QA plans, test cases, and automation, while coordinating across Analysts, Developers, and clients to ensure quality across the SDLC.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years leading SQA, strong testing and QA methodologies knowledge, and excellent communication with diverse stakeholders. This is a fully remote role with national scope in the United States.
