b.well is hiring a Staff Engineer to own its scalable FHIR server platform. You will drive architecture, performance, cost, security, and conformance for a consumer health record system used across systems and apps.
This hands-on role requires 8+ years in backend/platform engineering, deep FHIR fluency, and experience with MongoDB will lead other engineers, shape the platform, and advance AI-native tooling while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
