In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions. You'll work across a modern Salesforce ecosystem that includes Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
, leveraging both declarative and custom development approaches.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into impactful applications.
Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform technologies.
Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Contribute to development standards, code quality, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Data Cloud.
Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SQL, and APIs.
Knowledge of integration standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth, HL7, and FHIR.
Experience with modern development tools including Git, Git Hub, VS Code, Jira, and CI/CD practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four or more years of progressively responsible application development experience, ideally in a healthcare environment.

This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on a quarterly basis at the minimum or as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the “home office” location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a Flex Work Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.

Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $98,200 - $214,600 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range.
