In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions. You'll work across a modern Salesforce ecosystem that includes Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
, leveraging both declarative and custom development approaches.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into impactful applications.
- Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Contribute to development standards, code quality, and best practices.
- Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Data Cloud.
- Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SQL, and APIs.
- Knowledge of integration standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth, HL7, and FHIR.
- Experience with modern development tools including Git, Git Hub, VS Code, Jira, and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four or more years of progressively responsible application development experience, ideally in a healthcare environment.
Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $98,200 - $214,600 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range.
