Job Description:
Glia Cell is seeking a AI Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.
Key Requirements:
- Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI within the last 7years).
- Professional/Education experience: 9 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree, or 7 years of relevant experience with a master's degree.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Works well independently as well as on a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Description:
- You will work on the Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD) team.
- The AI Engineer will work closely with system and software engineers to design, prototype, and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into the existing RAD architecture.
- This role centers on applying existing large language models (LLMs) to real mission workflows rather than training new models.
- The AI Engineer will build agentic solutions, systems of coordinated AI agents and prompts, that automate tasks currently performed manually, streamline authoring and reporting workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness of intelligence operations.
