Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote – US)

Base $80k–$100k | Manual-First | Multiple Products | East Coast Hours

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality software. You’ll focus on hands-on manual testing
, work with Cypress automation and help ensure the products - especially those related to insurance and CRM systems like Salesforce - meet the highest standards.

This is a primarily manual role (80–85%), supporting multiple products at once, including modern platforms and some legacy systems.

What You’ll Do

Test web, back-end, APIs and integrated systems
Review user stories and UX/UI designs to make them testable
Track, manage, and resolve bugs
Support deployments, smoke testing, and UAT
Work with Cypress for automated tests

What You Bring

6+ years QA experience, strong manual testing background
Comfortable working independently across multiple products
Experience with Jira, Xray, Postman, and Azure Dev Ops
Hands-on experience with Cypress
Experience with insurance products
CRM experience
, preferably Salesforce
Marketing or portal product knowledge is a plus
