We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee and inspire our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development of scalable, high-quality products while ensuring alignment with our architectural vision and business goals. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and technical leadership to deliver robust solutions efficiently. The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our platform, fostering a collaborative environment, and maintaining high standards of code quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular)
• Proven experience scaling services to support at least 200,000 Monthly Active Users (MAUs)
• Expertise with MongoDB, including sharding and indexing techniques
• Proficiency with Message Queues and asynchronous communication patterns
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to design cost‑efficient, scalable architectures aligned with organizational goals

• Design and architect scalable, cost-effective solutions aligned with the company’s technical vision
• Implement complex and critical components of the platform, ensuring robustness and performance
• Take ownership of project delivery timelines, coordinating end-to-end development processes
• Manage product releases by pre-planning, scaling infrastructure, and ensuring smooth deployment
• Provide technical leadership by setting clear goals, coaching team members, and fostering professional growth
• Conduct regular design and code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technical initiatives
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices
