The Opportunity- Design and Develop custom solutions for our Government client within the Service Now Platform
- Working with the client to define/gather requirements
- Designing / Architecting solutions to customer needs
- Custom Workflows, scripting, Service Catalog, and other Service Now customizations
- Assisting in documentation, testing, SDLC process in general
- Creation and maintenance of custom applications within Service Now
- Working through multiple simultaneous project
- Architect data structures utilizing knowledge of asset management, configuration management, and Service Now best practices
- 5+ years experience working within the Service Now platform
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field(s) OR relevant, real-world experience
- Experience with HTML/Java script
- Experience with Flow Designer
- Experience with Glide, Business Rules, Service Portal
- Experience with in the ITSM, HAM, and SAM modules of Service Now
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification
- Experience with Change Management

Pay Range:There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $75,200-$158,100
