Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in web development with a focus on .NET Core (C#), ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Minimum 3+ years working with Microsoft Azure services and modern architecture supporting cloud applications
• Experience with database development using T-SQL, complex queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Proven leadership skills in guiding engineering teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a results-oriented approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

• Lead and supervise a team of 4-6 engineers, including QA resources, ensuring high standards of software quality and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, develop, and maintain web-based business applications
• Coordinate sprints, facilitate scrum processes, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide technical guidance on solutions involving .NET Core, ASP.Net, Azure functions, and microservices architecture
• Develop innovative solutions leveraging AI tools and automation for increased productivity
• Conduct peer code reviews and participate in solution design discussions
• Support continual improvement initiatives to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
• Provide team performance feedback, participate in performance reviews, and identify growth opportunities
• Support organizational goals through active participation and leadership in process improvements and initiatives
