In this role, you'll lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, translating complex business needs into scalable platform solutions in the life sciences industry. Combining hands-on configuration and custom development with stakeholder partnership, you'll drive sound technical design and maintainable implementations while mentoring others. • Lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable configurations and custom development solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineers to ensure sound technical design and security practices.
• Mentor team members while independently moving work forward.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce consulting.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and Omni Studio.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and maintainable implementation standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with Mule Soft.
• Background with AWS integrations.
• Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industries.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
