Service Now Developer
Improvix Technologies | Federal Program | Fully Remote
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
Clearance: Active Secret clearance required; willing to sponsor new clearances for qualified candidates
Employment Type: Full-Time
Levels:
Hiring at both Developer and Senior Developer levels — apply once and we’ll match you to the right one.
FULLY REMOTE. REAL PLATFORM WORK.
Cleared Service Now roles are almost always tied to a building. This one isn’t — it’s fully remote, and it has been from the start.
Improvix Technologies is hiring Service Now Developers to design, configure, and build baseline and custom applications on an active federal program. You’ll write real scripting — Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, workflows — across multiple instances and domains, and you’ll have a direct line to the architects and functional teams making platform decisions.
WHY DEVELOPERS TAKE THIS ROLE
- Genuinely remote, genuinely cleared. A cleared federal Service Now role you can do from anywhere in the U.S. is rare. That’s not a perk we bolted on — it’s how the program runs.
- You’ll have a voice in the design. Developers here provide architectural input and advise functional and admin teams. You’re not handed finished specs and told to type.
- Breadth across the platform. Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Knowledge, reporting, custom apps, integrations — multiple instances and domains, internal and external customers.
- A real career ladder. We’re hiring developers at two levels on a program that also has architect roles. There’s somewhere to go from here, and people who’ve gone there.
- Mature delivery practices. Agile/Scrum, real design and development standards, and code review that actually happens.
