• Develop, refine, and document standard operating procedures for culinary operations , including food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across different catering projects.
• Create and manage culinary training materials and resources for remote and on-site teams.
• Provide virtual support and consultation to kitchen staff and event managers regarding operational challenges and best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize ingredient sourcing and supply chain management for various catering engagements.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance culinary service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food regulations across all managed operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in culinary management, operations, or a related field within the hospitality or catering industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational procedures and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software.
