Shape technical strategy for Python development and set the highest engineering standards. You'll solve complex technical challenges, define architectural patterns, and mentor technical leaders in building scalable, high-performance systems.
What You’ll Do- Define technical strategy and direction for Python-based systems and architecture.
- Design and implement scalable solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve code quality and engineering practices.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers in advanced Python techniques and system design.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and establish technical standards for Python development.
- Collaborate with leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- 6+ years of experience with Python development and software architecture.
- Expert-level knowledge of Python, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale applications.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence technical direction across teams.
- Deep expertise in performance optimization, testing frameworks, and cloud technologies.
- Advanced level of English.
